Nowadays, it is no longer sufficient for any supplier, from international manufacturers to local retailers, to focus solely on existing customers.
Getting noticed by new customers is essential for success.
What new buyers lack are experiences with the supplier. This forms a high purchase threshold. To get an idea of a supplier, they search on the internet. The reliability of the information found is often questionable.
A reliable review for end users, from consumers to purchasing professionals, makes choosing a supplier a lot easier.
OFFI® Reviews is the platform on which only reviews about suppliers of products for the office and learning environment are published.
It is advertising-free and freely accessible to everyone.

Suppliers and products can only be assessed objectively if they are compared with each other. In practice, suppliers and products are only distinguished if they have requested this themselves. OFFI® Reviews is so industry-specific that it has become possible to publish both reviews initiated by the supplier or manufacturer and reviews that have been drawn up to make comparisons between suppliers.

OFFI® audited SUPPLIER shows the difference in bronze, silver or gold.
Suppliers of any kind, from manufacturer to retailer, can be audited on a regular basis.
Suppliers who are continuously positively assessed and who are distinctive and immediately recognizable to everyone, even without viewing the ratings, can use the 'OFFI® audited SUPPLIER' logo.
Only a sufficiently assessed supplier with no individual score lower than 6 will receive the logo with qualification, whereby the value of the scores on the rating together determines which level the supplier achieves. With a higher average score higher than 6, the logo is executed with 'bronze', with higher than 7 with 'silver' and with 8 or higher with 'gold' as recognizable qualification.

Unlike dozens of other quality marks, an OFFI® audited SUPPLIER provides complete insight into all important sub-areas when assessing a supplier.
Because the strengths and weaknesses of the company are known, it is possible to start an improvement program per segment.
This can be done entirely by the company itself, but can be done with the help of external experts in the form of insightful reporting and additional consultancy.

Transparent in costs
It is a fact that not every company performs sufficiently to qualify for the OFFI® audited SUPPLIER.
However, it should not be the case that, when good performance is delivered, only companies with large marketing and advertising budgets can use the distinctive logo.
The progressive tariff structure for OFFI® audited SUPPLIER does not pose a problem in practice for either start-ups or multinationals.
